Worst shopping experience... Felt like a rat in a maze

Whoever decided that stocking a store while customers are trying to shop has never experience such a confusing event. I not only told the cashier, but also talked with the store manager and told her she should report comment. I also made the mistake of calling your customer complaint department, only to get more annoyed due to the fact the representative had me repeat everything I said due to a bad headset. Really? Go o Radio Shack and buy your people equipment to answer the phone.
I probably didn't buy half the merchandise I went after, not to mention the stuff I see and just decide I need it, just because I could not get up and down the isle. Isle were hockey with baskets, boxes, or workers trying t get their job done. What bad decision someone has made.
I have to rate thin the worst shopping experience I have ever had and I aves hoped A LOT!
Then I couldn't even get the phone rep. To understand me. Wow, I don't like shopping at Walmart, but it's looking better and better if this is what I have to endure. I literally felt like rat in a maze.
