My Therapure air cleaner cost $98.99 and worked for 7 days only. It has a one year warranty... To exercise the warranty - the barely understandable Indian-speaker woman informed me that I MUST pay $29.95 and they will send me a new machine and then I MUST send in the old machine - which will cost about $20 or more by UPS or FEDEX. So I will have to pay almost $50 on a warranty for a $98.99 (at a discount at CostCo) machine that worked for only SEVEN DAYS!!! This company does NOT stand behind their product. Avoid this product and this company because they are lacking in integrity and quality.
