Samsung agent they are not able to fix machine, Is this for this we invest to buy samsung product,? We Known It is manufacturing fault, Now technical they fix the fault and send the machine and again in future it trouble us, then out warranty will over, we will losing our hard earning buying samsung product. They took machine on Tuesday Now 5 days it is unbearable for us. What Management is doing is not taking action. Or product us New Machine, Thanks
