Disaster experience with the brick - The Brick

Unfortunately, I made a grate mistake and ordered some items on line from the Brick. I ordered and paid for those items on 26th of August and I still have not received them when it is at the end of September.

I found there is no manager at the brick at all. No body cares about customers. As long as they collect the money they are happy and forget about their customers. No body takes responsibility!!! I callet to the customer service they say that I have to call delivery managment and when I call them, they say you have to call to the previous number which is related to on line sale!!! When I call them they say you have to call another department...!!! They made me crazy!!! I never forgive myself for this mistake and I strongly recommend every body if you want to avoid such a disaster experience just forget about shopping at the Brick.

Even when I asked for their manager to speak to they say our manager is busy and she will call you back!!! When? Never!!!
More than one month, since I ordered my new bed and I expected to receive it in time I am sleeping on the ground while I paid for nothing!!! Who cares???!!!
I hate the Brick it is disaster!!!
