Inferior misshapen shoes from 6PM and they expect me to pay to return them! - Lifestride Belmont Loafers

My name is Cheryl Hoffman and I just made my first purchase from 6PM company; a pair of Lifestyle loafers, which I received today. I am very unhappy! These shoes are long, narrow %u201Cboats%u201D! They were ordered in a size 9 1/2 W. That is supposed to be a %u201CC%u201D width. They are almost a half inch more narrow across the base of my toes than my old loafers! And I%u2019m not talking about the leather; I%u2019m talking about the rubber sole! How can they sell this as a wide width? And they are also about a half inch too long; easily a 10 in length and a narrow width instead of a wide width! There is no size on the actual shoes; just on the box. They are obviously a flawed product. The two shoes are not even the same shape! One of them is crooked! I should not get stuck with return shipping on an item that is not at all as it was represented on their site! I enclosed photos in my email to 6PM that plainly show THE CROOKED SHOE, and I showed the new loafers next to my old shoes (we are comparing soles here) and anyone could see that there is no way these are a wide width shoe. All I got in response to my letter and photos was a standard return shipping form. Not one comment that addressed my problem! I don't believe anyone even read my email, much less cared about my complaint. i would caution everyone to avoid shopping at 6pm because they don't care at all about their customers!

the sole on my old shoe is almost a half inch wider! How is this a wide width? One of these shoes is even crooked on top!!
