Voided credit card transaction

Lied to first by cahier at register 78 target store #2572 in Mesquite, Texas, store manager Bryan, and no help from customer service, supervisor Michael!

Cashier was instructed to charge $12.50 on my credit card. Cashier charged $159.08 states to me, I voided transaction you won't be charged on your card.
I get home look at my accountstatement and there it was #159.08 pending on my account for Target. I called Target and store manager confirms what cashier stated it was a voided transaction and the bank did not take your money out for target. Well hello, yes it is pending so the money is not available to me.
Three days later i still do not have access to my money...
I was told by the customer service supervisor that I had to file a disbute with my bank inorder to get my money back!
The cashier's error, POOR in store managger Bryan, and finally a customer service SUPERVISIOR all of whom work for TARGET which none of the three could be honest and state you will have to wait for 3-5 business days for the credit to hit your bank iorder for you to have access to your funds due to our mistake.instead I was mislead to beleive that the TRANSACTION had been voided and my account would not be charged.
It had come to me disbuteing the charge with my bank inorder to get my money back from TARGET.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE FUNDS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, THE POOR IN STORE MANAGEMENT AS WELL AS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISIOR THAT I HAD TO SUBJECT MYSELF TO DURING THIS UNPLEASENT ORDEAL!
I have already shared my TARGET EXPERIENCE and will continue to warn people how we the consumer are lied to, spoken to and kicked aside and made to feel like why are you bothering to call me with this attidude from TARGET employee's...
I will return to WALMART to do my shopping... Target you have bad business practice!!!
