Bad Quality Mattress

We purchased a Bed this past year with Ashley furniture this past year and after couple of months we realized that it's bad and we're waking up with back-pain each morning. I actually needed to consider MRI and required some physio-therapy for my back. I had been requested by my physician not to to make use of that bed. Ashely Furniture shop offered us difficult time in hearing t our probem and also the supervisor didn't actually call-back departing numerous voice emails and lastly we were informed they can't do something concerning the bed and thats how they reat their clients.
