Complaint - Deceiving sales

It happened to purchase a bed along with mattress from Ashley home store in Fridley. I felt deceived by the sales staff who initially convinced be that I could exchange the mattress until I feel comfortable. I also was asked to purchase a protection sheet worth $100 to enable me to make this exchange free of cost without any delivery charges.
However after the purchase was made I and I went to exchange the mattress I was told that I could do this only once and will need to pay the delivery charges.
Not only this they delivered the wrong mattress in the first place.
I am terribly unsatisfied as the sales staff seems like deceiving the customer.
They also did not share the return policy.

I had a friend with me who bought a similar mattress from slumberland and is much satisfied with their service.

When I buy a furniture in future I will never visit Ashely ever again and so do my friend who were with me while we were speaking to the sales rep.
