Ashley Furniture cheats consumer. So beware

I bought lots of stuff from ashley funiture but there is a few things that I'm not happy. One of the bed frame is defeced. One of the mattress is not the one I chose in the store that they divery. I called customer service to complain about the mattress they keep denying that was the right one because you cannot returned when they delivered. The matress in the store which I had try was very firm and the one they sent it to me was very soft and sinking. They cheat the customer and how ever they also said the mattress that I bought it discontinued. How possible is that happen. What am I supposed to do. I just bought it within a few weeks.
