I bought brand new BED BUG INFESTED bed set here. They are willing to do NOTHING about it! They are not even empathetic that they caused me and my 5 year old daughter a BED BUG INFESTED HOUSE because

I bought from Ashley Furniture Store a platform bed and mattress, which turned out was BED BUG INFESTED! They are not willing to do anything about it! The store owner Dan Parrish refuses to speak to me, even one time. The manger/supervisor Todd tells me, " bed bugs do not come from mattress'." He tells me that they have never had this problem before and I am the first customer to complain about this ever. I looked up on line and found like 7 different reports from consumers' complaining about receiving Bed BUG INFESTED furniture from Ashley Furniture. I have been living in the same home now for 4 years and the only new thing that was brought into the home was this bed set that I purchased from Ashley Furniture. I have never been bitten by bed bugs before in my life! These are parasites that breed off human blood and they can come at first into your home in the egg stage. The eggs can live up to 10 months, without feeding.
