Buyers beware!

We requested a couch, a seat along with a coffee-table 1st week of July. Because the couch and also the seat are special-order we decided to delay 8- 10 months to reach and stated they'll simply provide the coffee-table with the couch and seat the moment it comes. Nevertheless, we currently got the couch and seat although not the coffeetable. The main reason, it had been back-ordered.

How will you back-order a low-special-order product coffee-table for nearly a few months? They stated they put the purchase for that coffee-table in July.
