I requested a couch a love-seat from Frankis on January 14th. I had been guaranteed that both items were in-stock. Our planned shipping day was January 18th. On January 18th, I obtained a phone stating the couch was on back-order. They nevertheless desired to provide the love-seat. I required that both items get shipped together.
