Damaged sofa due to improper tying to pickup truck

I purchased a loveseat couch, a couch along with a coffee-table in the same-day that was packed and guaranteed incorrectly by them to my collection. I had been only starting to reach the highway and also the couch came tumbling down destroying it. I returned for them plus they stated that I closed a waiver that they're not accountable for injuries sustained after departing the loading dock. They are able to not substitute the couch but provided simply to do the repair. So what can I actually do today?
