Terrible quality, terrible service!

Do not purchase SOMETHING from Frankis!!! Our fund and that I purchased a sofa from Bobis. Upon shipping the sofa body was broken-in half, plus they never sent the carpet we requested. Whenever we named customer support they'd people on-hold for 45 unitsapproximately! We hung-up, and went right down to the shop instead.in the place of refunding the carpet, they charged us twice for this, plus they got over 3 months to solve this problem. ADDITIONALLY They'd another sofa sent to us, it's not really been annually and also the whole sofa is falling apart! It isn't utilized seriously, so there's no reason behind it to appear the way in which it does! We'd to combat with customer support to send a specialist in the future take a look at our sofa, and he explained "nicely what would you anticipate, it is poor furniture". He then stated there is nothing they might do and remaining. We named customer support again plus they sent ANOTHER specialist. (every time they sent anyone to our house among us could be inconvenienced to remain home from function, since the visit situations weren't versatile) the brand new specialist informed corporate that there is nothing they might do, but this time around they let's create a 'reselection". We used 2 hours within the shop looking for anything we preferred, and had difficulty. Lastly we selected anything, so when they found provide it-they could not have it in the home (despite the fact that the first sofa was larger?) We called customer support and requested to talk to the supervisor, since at this time we simply needed them to get the furniture we'd in the 1st purchase, and problem a return. The client support supervisor was totally rude, plus they declined to provide us any reimbursement. Plus, we just have 14 days to create a 'reselection' and we shall need to negotiate and purchase anything we-don't actually need within our house! Truly disturbing condition. I'll NEVER suggest Frank's Furniture to anybody!!! Do not visit Frankis!!!
