Excellent Customer Service suggestions

I purchased a Wii Red system from my Target Store in West Sacramento, CA. I went in 12 days later to look into Wii accessories, and was helped by Sarah.

She was very helpful, and gave me good ssuggestions on the various options. As she was ringing up my present order, she mentioned that Target was currently running an ad for $20.00 off the
purchase of a Wii system. Even though it had been 12 days since I purchased the Wii system, she suggested I check with customer service to see if they could still honor the discount. As it turned out, the manager on duty that evening (11/23/10) Rosetta, was able to give me the $20.00 back. She, too, had a very positive attitude about the whole transaction.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the actions of these two ladies. Many wouldn't have bothered mentioning the fact that something that was previously purchased was now on "special". It's people like Sarah and Rosetta that will keep me shopping with Target.
