Bleach spill

I just left Target. I went to buy cleaning supplies for our pool. There was one bottle of liquid chlorinator left and when I picked it up tp check the price it spilled all over my hands and splashed onto my clothing and purse. I immediately told an employee what happened and was directed to the nearest bathroom when I asked where to wash my hands. I also reported the spill to the cashier because I couldn't move the bleach from my buggy without getting it all over me again. She directed me to leave the bleach in my cart. After the bleach was all over me, I noticed that the label was faded and had possibly spilled before or been a return with an open lid. I don't expect alot, but can hardly catch my breath from the bleach fumes and have a bleached purse and dress as well as red spots all over my hands. An apology would have been nice and an offer to replace the items that the bleach ruined. I didnt even get the apology and just wanted to inform someone.
