Liqid Chlorine Pool Cleaner Spill - Liquid Pool Chlorinato

Basically, the last bottle of pool chlorinator in the store silled on me when I picked it up. The lid was opened and it appear4ed as if it had been spilled before (label was bleached out where I could not even read first aid care (trouble breathing after the spill). My hands are red and my purse and black dress have bleach stains. I didn't even receive an apology, much less an offer to fix anything. I'm not one to complain usually, but feel that this was pretty serious as the bleach was right next to the children's isle and could have spilled on my child or any other if they had been next to me when this happened.
