USA SUPERSTORE A bottle of bleach spilled on my pants, I contacted the manager ask me what do I want him to do pay for it I said yes and he refused Ripoff

I went into usa superstore 4:15pm on jun/20 to purchase some detergent and bleach i picked up two bags of detergent and a bottle of bleach. The bleach appeared closed the seal was still on. I felt something leaking on pants when i lookewd down it was the bleach. I requested to speak to thew manager i told him what happened. He both went inspect the product he also so it leak. He then said what do you want me to do pay for it. I said yes and he refused and replied how would he know there was a problem i said if you checked your inventory you would know.
