Broken bookshelf replacement

Don't buy anything from ballard designs! Even when they pay you to go, do not!

I requested some five bookshelves, once they came the remaining end shelf was broken. The shipping men they delivered to my home appeared as if thieves filled with a nail, yes a real nail, through his hearing. The shipping man asked me to get a box-cutter to start the containers! Hmmm and so I requested "Does Not your organization provide you with resources?" to which he responded "Oh I-donot work with them, I am simply assisting my pal today!" We named Ballard to tell them the bookcase was damaged, they stated they'd deliver a brand new one and get the broken one. Which was September, in December I acquired my alternative, however the shipping men stated these werenot approved to get the damaged one.in November they charged my charge card for that damaged one which these were designed to get. THAT'S CREDIT CARD FRAUD, THEY MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED COST TO MY CARD WITHOUT MY CHOICE!

It's currently March, I am still awaiting a credit to my card as well as for them to obtain their damaged shelf out-of my home.
