Purchased a mattress on the Sunday & was informed it'd be shipped between 1 & 4pm the following Friday. 25" of snow on that Friday. Customer Support explained Friday AM they'd be arriving 'only a little early'. I informed them my garage would not be plowed until 12pm.

Vehicle turned up @11am & the deliverymen declined to walk-through the ideal in the control to my doorway & subsequently quit but noted the purchase as 'Sent' about the online Shipping System. Customer Support named at 2pm and declined to return & explained my mattress could be shipped fourteen days later. I'd to threaten to stop the whole order to obtain shipping per week later. Frank's Shipping may be the TOUGHEST I Have actually undergone as well as their 'Customer Support' team deserves to become mount-whipped within the road.
