On 1/31 my spouse and that I settled 1 1/2 weeks on a machine and dryer which was said to be shipped on 2/1, because of climate I am aware they could not match that day. On 2/3 I called and talked to Marshall which is the store manager.in those days he guaranteed a shipping time taken between 3P.M. And 8P.M. On 2/3. It's today after 9P.M. But still no machine or dryer. I named the shop but no body responded the telephone. We also provide a refridgerator from there and also have been handled badly by them coping with that purchase. I actually donot believe this is actually the method to conduct business of course if I actually donot get handled pretty over this I'll consider my company elsewhere!
