Bad service

I requested over $3000 of furniture in November. Planned a shipping for second wkd in Dec. They arrived per week early and that I needed to change them away, they returned your day these were designed to with all my furniture excpet a dining area table. I got 6 seats without any desk. They said it had been on backorder. Rescheduled shipping for 12/24- CHRISTMAS EVE! Like I'd nothing more straightforward to do but watch for Bobs all day long.By morning, nothing arrived. Named plus they stated for whatever reason, it never managed to get on the shipping plan. Rescheduled for 1/14. THey named to inform me due to snowstorm, never managed to get about the vehicle. Rescheduled for today, 1/20. Never got a confirmation phone and so I named plus they stated its still on backorder and wouldnt be accessible until 2/15. I am soooo pissed!!!
