I bought a Serta mattress from Hom Furniture in Fargo, ND 4 years back and that I also had a mattress that started to create a divot in two locations about the bed, one so poor that sleeping onto it causes my backbone to become misaligned and produce backpain.

I've had trouble obtaining some kind of fulfillment regarding the Bed and also the specialist they sent essentially reported that it had been not in perfect condition-so it's not going to be warranteed. They mentioned "Had I bought their bed guard subsequently John and Hom would actually have warranteed the bed (their address being about twice the price of another manufacturer) however they would provide me 40% off another bed and so I'dnot need to purchase John and may save money money on temperpedic.

I approached John and obtained the repsonse ostensibly "Sorry, we can not bypass the Hom shop" today please consider purchasing a different one of our items to ensure that we are able to connect you for more income... I've, I believe bought my last John product (I've used all John items) and that I'll be damned easily may venture into another HOM shop to buy another item. I've assisted pals return a bed in significantly worse form to Slumberland also it was a Sealy item... Perhaps both of these businesses realize that after 4-5 decades nothing appears fresh... Or possibly they simply have confidence in client satisfaction... BTW equally John and HOM Furniture managed to get seem like I lied after I told them concerning the Sealy bed... Whichever enables you to rest during the night, it really is not your bed John...
