Terrible communication skills

On September 2 I bought 3 areas of furniture, the salesman mentioned the dining area collection could be shipped the final week of Sept. No-call, I'd to actually return to the shop to become informed they further backordered the collection, which it'd maintain on October 27, nicely that evening arrived and went. I subsequently named the shop on November 3rd, and was informed the dining area collection wouldn't be shipped before first week of Dec. Which was a deal-breaker, the caliber of the furniture isn't that excellent.
