Dispute of Account Guard Charges Followed by Legal Papers Served

Discover card owns Account guard. If you dispute Account guard charges they enter into a conflict of interest. Discover card, during my dispute, contacted an attorneys office and served me papers. I believe this violates FCBA policies. My understanding is that they cannot take legal action during a dispute. I believe they never had intentions of removing account guard charges.
There is a conflict of interest when the "director" knows that at the time of a commitment that he or a related person is 1) party to the transaction or 2) has a beneficial financial interest in the transaction.
