Delivery SUCKS ripoff

I am here waiting @ 11:30 PM for Rooms To Go to pick up furniture that I no longer want because they have not been able to get the delivery right now on the 4th try. I don't think they are coming tonight even though someone called me @ 9:45 and said the driver was on his way.

The 1st delivery attempt was 6 weeks ago. The deliver time frame was 12-4, at 4 I began calling the customer service # inquiring about the delivery they said it is on it's way, and if was not there by 4:30 to call back. I called again at 4:30 and believe it or not they close their office @ 4:30 (why do you think they wanted me to call back after that time.

Finally about 8 pm that night the store manager called and told me they would not be there, they had a truck break down. They resceduled for the following day (SUNDAY) and then showed up with 1 incorrect piece of furniture. They took back the 1 piece and left the rest after the driver argues that it was the correct piece. It was a 3 piece sectional that comes in 2 colors Brown and Green, the piece that he was telling me was correct was RED. So then they were supposed to deliver Dec 23rd, Again 12-4 was the time frame. Again @ 4 I called to check and make sure it was coming, "OH Sir you have to be Patient, it is the Holidays they are running late.

I called again @ 5:30 and was told I was the next on the list and the driver was on his way. 6:30 I called back and was now being told that OH your piece was left on the dock this morning. You will not get it tonight. I went straight to the store and set it up for them to pick what they had delivered up ASAP.

Well that is where I am at right now in this story. I should have know that if they could not get the furniture delivered correctly and on time what makes me think they will pick it up corretly and on time??? Any way if they do not show up tonight (Which I highly doubt they will, It will be on my front lawn tomorrow for however wants it.
