I shopped at the Target store at Cool Springs Galleria today and I am veeeeeruy unhappy. I was there for approx. 2 hrs. And had collected a basketful of items to purchase. During checkout I realized that I did not have my debit card, had written my last check earlier and had no cash. I explained this and asked the cashier if she could manually enter my card number and she replied that she could not so I went to "customer service" HA... Again I explained my situation and asked if they could assist me with this problem. I asked if they would talk to someone at my bank even the president maybe as he knows me by name, who could verify that the card number was indeed mine and the response was "We don't call banks" and that was the extent of the "customer service" Ha Ha! Who calls that customer service? I call that a store that does not care about it's customers. Since I was 50 miles from home I could not just run home and get my card or a check but no one there cared. I am a very unhappy former customer of that store. I have been reading other complaints on this website which confirm to me that Target does not care about it's customers.
