Set up products delivery - bed set

I purchased a king side bed room set, when they delivery, the installer said they got a half of the bed is king size and the other half is cal king, so they get back next day, to exchange them
so I have to take a one more day of work, get what? They don't have a harwared, and the side rail for the bed, I call customer service, they let us hang, because, they don't know when can they get the harwared, I cancel the purchased, go some where may be more proffesionalon the service, as big store like sit and sleep they shall making sure, the wherehouse and delivery peoples, doing the job just they shall be doing, what is good the customer service ketp repeated (sorry won't be happen again", ya, take me another 10 years to buy the bed set again, bottom line this company shall do check on the peoples work for them, the owner never want this hapen but the worker is the one
