Procrastination of warranty service

I purchased $5200.00 value of furnishings from Ashley furnishings in 2007 and was spoken into purchasing a 5-year guarantee from Montage Furniture Providers with sweet-talk concerning the excellent strategy and quick-service.

The next is just a quotation off their site:

"MFS separates itself from its rivals by providing individual, quick and pleasant support — sent by skilled furniture business specialists."

I reluctantly purchased the plan and was handed just the bill as evidence of purchase concerning the strategy. I had beennot provided a brochure or a reason concerning the strategy.

Three years later in March I attempted to document a state with Montage Furniture Providers but was informed they didn't have me on report as investing in a guarantee.

I experienced all of the telephone call methods backwards and forwards with Ashley and Montage and till nowadays May I still have not obtained a telephone call from Montage recognizing support of my furniture.

I plan to document a study using the greater business agency.
