Jennifer Convertibles, Jennifer Leather Jennifer Leather ripped us off with their poor quality, and $250 extended warranty was highway robbery!

We bought a couch and two matching Leather chairs from Jennifer Leather 5 years ago. We were convinced to buy the $250 Extended Warranty, after being told that ANY failure of the couch or ANY kind of damage would be repaired or the couch would be replaced. We had the set for 2 years when, at the top of the back of the couch, the wood frame pushed up just from normal use of the couch and now there are two major rips above the pillows on the couch. The pillows are attached. We talked to an upholsterer and he says it cannot be fixed unless they take the entire couch apart. We attempted to use the extended warranty. Jennifer sent a man to our house and, the minute he walked in the door, the first words out of his mouth were "nope, that's from abuse". Abuse? How do you abuse a COUCH? By sitting on it? We DID NOT abuse our couch. Obviously, he had planned to say this before he even got to our house.
