We purchased a leather couch and loveseat from our nearby Ashley Furniture Shop within Illinois 3 years before, along side Ashleyis 5-year warranty. While it had been shipped, the leather about the couch pillows didn't be seemingly as top quality whilst the remaining leather, but we did not worry since we'd a guarantee and we'd washing individuals who trained our couch each month. Once the pillows created breaking and ripping, we named Ashley furniture with full confidence they might look after us. Ashley one-sidedly determined we'd not correctly preserved their leather, despite our paperwork towards the opposite, and declined to look after the issue. We're awfully dissatisfied with Ashleyis item as well as their customer support.
