Warranty and Poor Products

We invested over $2500 on the Palliser Theatre Double Chaise Leather Couch. The leather was offered as supreme quality and also the cost resembled it. After 24 months the leather cut in a number of locations. The couch was under a-5 year guarantee. We approached the store to impose it. It got six months for Palliser to provide them an answer plus they stated we abused the couch. The couch was just lay on by 2 people, no kids with no animals. What sort of quality leather couch may use and separate from two people resting onto it is difficult. They create their items in Mexico.

Work, from their products. I want I'd read all of the grievances about them before I created a purchase. Do not create the exact same error we did. It could appear great within the shop but wait til you receive it home.
