On 3/20 I purchasesd a couch from Hanks in Little Rock AR. It had been a show design and also the one within the Little Rock shop had been offered but there is one within the Jonesboro AR shop (roughly 2 hours away). After I got home and exposed the vehicle I had been surprised to determine a label cost about $500 under what I'd taken care of the seat. My spouse looked over the chair and stated it had been the incorrect seat; the SKU didn't fit. I got the chair back again to the Small Rock shop and discovered the Jonesboro guy packed THE INCORRECT SEAT!!! I named Hanks HQ and was informed to cope with it that errors occurs. The Little Rock store-manager confirmed the seat I purchased was really within the Joneboro shop and upon discovering it had been there guaranteed me that it'd continue the vehicle from Jonesboro 4/9 and maintain Little Rock on 4/10. I wont keep my breath. On 4/8 the salesperson that sold me the chair called and said my chair was in (she had no clue what happened the day before).
