Do not honor warranty

Purchased a Franklin couch from National house decorating in July. Had it changed within fourteen days, with same chair.By Dec that seat was falling apart. Franklin corp. Would not reply emails or do something about changing the seat since we'd it to extended. Amh could not do something concerning the seat but contain it fixed since Franklin wouldn't permit it. As i stay and watch for anyone to come and do the repair the seat proceeds to become worse. The framework is fast decreasing, the chair plus one supply support are gradually crumbling, and ideas to one side-very quickly.
