Doesn't honor their word

We visited Ashley Furniture to purchase a sofa throughout their "Purchase". We did look for a sofa and were also thinking about the seat that matched. We didn't understand when the seat might easily fit in the area we haDd, therefore requested when they might recognize the purchase cost if we returned. (They said we'd to return in to the shop. Afew evening later (our firsy accessible day-to visit the shop) they no further would recognize the purchase cost for that seat because they claimed they'd. They flat-out lied. And it'll also consider 6 months to obtain our sofa shipped though we're able to of piucked it-up within the factory the following week??? We shall never store there again and intend to inform everyone exactly the same.
