Fourteen days before my spouse and that I visited Baers looking for a couch. We were aided with a salesman to find what we desired within our budget range, which we found. We had a need to make certain it match so we delivered the next evening prepared to buy it. Your unique salesman wasn't accessible, so we were aided by David Baer who informed us the high cost about the seat was incorrect and also the seat was cosiderably more. We we not able to pay the new cost so we picked a different one. To cut costs we chose to employ somone to choose it-up the next Friday. Once they came we noticed Baers had delivered the incorrect seat. I named the shop and talked with this salesman. He explained it'd be another week to get a new one. I expected him if could not fold a little about the shipping cost, his solution was "No I wont fold only a little. I'd requested him since we're able to have experienced the seat so much faster also it was not our problem they'd shipped the incorrect chair. Also I'd need to again spend somrone to choose it-up. We've accomplished a lot of business with Baers through the years so when I told him they'd dropped our company, he truly did not care. I've two buddies who're internal designers and were apllaled to listen to what happened. We were thinking if this really is Baers plan regarding customer support.
