I received my furniture curbside provide, no additional choice available. The pallet was piled roughly 7' large & was complete. Actually the supply driver said about the packaging w/d he'd a hard time setting it up from the vehicle. I delivered a contact To Some & Y soon after the delivey w/d the shipping man observed the container that kept my articles to my mattress were seriously damaged; he explained it'd clearly been pulled. I required www.AandYFurniture.com A & B furniture deliver fresh finials that top the bed articles. They reponded according:

There'snot any notations about the shipping bill regarding any kind of harm. Actually, you have authorized that it had been obtained in excellent purchase. YRC won't take a state of harm without any harm mentioned about the shipping

Bill. Since this bed is imported, we don't have areas of the mattress, to displace the finials. The mattress can only just be requested in its entirety. A whole fresh mattress would need to be requested.

It isn't a large enough offer to-order a brand new mattress. I simply needed new finials.
