Rip off of Customers

I requested two desks, a mattress and two nightstands. The desks came acutely broken and so I refused shipping. They didn't provide the mattress in those days. I named to setup the bed shipping plus they mentioned they currently sent the mattress. Following a lot of fighting together about that then they mentioned they dropped the mattress in delivery - had no idea where it had been. How will you shed a king-size mattress?

Next they discovered the mattress and set it-up for shipping with me. They didn't appear to provide the mattress about the evening they were designed to. Once they did provide the mattress the next evening it also was really broken. I refused shipping.

After I approached ifurn about crediting my charge card back for that mattress I had been subsequently informed by ifurn they did provide the mattress and accused me to be a liar along with a crook.

I work-in the courtroom and am involved with a buyer safety site. I've never-seen or handled a scummier organization in my own life. I'm processing a using the Attorneygeneral's Consumer Protection Department. I encourage every target of the organization to complete exactly the same. They'll be researched. While enough individuals endure businesses such as this one and document grievances they'll get turn off.
