Delivery hassles

I bought some furniture for my child - a mattress, drawers, bedroom stand and television deal. The salesman got all the furniture joined in and totaled up after which explained the mattress was on backorder also it usually takes 'only a little longer' to provide. I mentioned okay he called up the sum total. I settled entirely. He then planned the shipping - greater than a MONTH later. Our child was really dissatisfied - the mattress was her beloved area of the collection. But it had been rung up so we planned it.

I should've place in the incorrect time period in my own calendar since when Areas Togo named to verify they'd night and that I had set day into my diary.

I called to alter the shipping period. First she served frustrated that I had been altering it after which she attempted to stress me into altering my ideas to consider the shipping! Rude. Then she advised me that she might 'quit' the shipping but I'd need to CALL-BACK after 48-HOURS to reschedule. I expected her why and he or she mumbled something about 'available stock' plan and just how they'd previously packed the vehicle (it was 2 times prior to the shipping brain you. So I am sureis a lot of garbage) and just how they'd need to sell it and i could not reschedule until all that occurred. She also included that since this can be a common mattress it may be another 8 WEEKS before they'll have the ability to provide again.

I let her realize that she currently had my cash for that mattress and that I could not actually obtain the Television till following the mattress was shipped and informed her that I had been really disappointed. She served frustrated again and stated she was sorry in a tone which was something but. I am stuck today. I cannot consider delivery Sunday and so Iam attached. Areas Togo Children has HORRIBLE customer support and ABSURD shipping guidelines and that I WON'T EVER purchase furniture from their website again.

I am sure easily told them-they would need to delay a few months for that money-they would not believe that was sensible. Just how can they genuinely believe that me waiting a few months for that furniture I Have previously taken care of is sensible?
