After being provided a routine of between 9am and 1PM to get a mattress shipping from the revenue office I named at 11: thirty and 12:30 to confirm the shipping was still as planned. Not feeling more comfortable with the "Manger" for present day reactions I requested for that shipping stores # to ensure that I really could verify the shipping period together - Thats once the enjoyment began - to begin with they explained it'd be much more like 1:30 because they were working late - when 1:30 handed I named and was informed the unique provide screen was never 9 - 1Pm but 2 - 4 PM. One-hour later they could be out nearer to 3Pm then half-hour later they named to express vehicle had divided and named to express they'd miscalculated. At each mobile call I consequently named the Easylife revenue office to help me and focus on every time and this she returned with various shipping times and data which immediately conflicted using the data they'd simply offered me. It gets worse!!! They turned up so when the mattress was removed from the container - they'd shipped a mattress with THREE FEET yes its accurate -!!! THERE'S NOTHING SIMPLE ABOUT EASYLIFE I'd NEVER STORE THERE AGAIN I dont care how reduced their costs are they'd need to be free - there's a definite insufficient conversation between your revenue office and also the shipping department. With no connection whatsoever. There's no-follow up by revenue with no work on the component to make sure that that which was decided to within the shop is clearly completed.
