I bought the warranty from wherever I bought my leather recliner sofa. Our kitten had a collision onto it, I named to record the event within the proposed time-line. They sent a technology who stated there is no means he'd have the ability to take away the smell, he'd purchase fresh pillows so when they came to contact to possess them mounted. Today, 2 weeks later I still don't have any pillows so when I named concerning the state I talked to somebody that explained the technology had washed the sofa, he was not in my own house over 10 moments, which the one thing they'd have the ability to do is always to substitute the leather covering although not the primary!!! We settled to truly have the sofa under guarantee for nothing plus they are significantly more than rude. Don't waste your $
