Poor Workmanship/Poor Customer Service

Bought a leather sofa and loveseat from Ethan Allen in 2007. Following the first-year the body of the sofa smashed plus they arrived and changed it. The brand new sofa today includes a cushion that's not created nicely and does not match about the sofa precisely. I named their customer support and two men arrived and looked over the cushion. They decided and stated this isn't an issue at-all, and we shall have Ethan Allen substitute the cushion. Fourteen days later I obtain a phone from customer support... They wont substitute the cushion trigger today the sofa has gone out of guarantee. I contended using the woman and got absolutely nowhere. I invested around $8000 on these couches and also the craftsmanship is terrible and disgrace on Ethan Allen due to their bad customer support. I'll NEVER STORE THERE AGAIN! Out-of guarantee it a cushion for christsakes!
