We purchased a book-case from Ikea to get a children area.

We built it almost & subsequently recognized that it'll be too large to get a little space. We'd not really start all of the pegs & the screws. Everything was in its original packaging. Two-day later we visited return it towards the shop.

First it had been a two-mile long return point. Lastly after position there for 1-hour we got our opportunity to talk to the client service representative. He was the rudest person we actually achieved. Their eyes scanned each and every ledge for 20 mins & subsequently ultimately he directed to some significantly less than 1mm spot-on the ledge where the color was cracked. He explained the book-shelf can not be delivered. We never actually popped it to put together & it had been one of the last racks.

Main point here, after speaking with the rudest of the folks such as the supervisors & losing 3 hours of our period, we were informed the product could not be delivered.

Along with they actually, exposed each and every bunch & put it within the part for all of US to pack & go home. They did not have the decency to place it together or even within the initial packaging subsequently atleast anything we're able to bring property.

Main point here, Ikea is great to look for material which doesn't need construction. Since when you start it there's no means they are able to return it quickly. I believe they've been trained to help make the return procedure as challenging & discomfort sticking as you can so the client requires the material back out-of pure disappointment.

Ikea your return policy hurts!!!
