Rebate Offers Allegedly Not Honored Leaving Buyers Paying Full Price

I would like to know if Sears is lying about their rebate offers - Many people have failed to receive theirs! The reason why they want to offer the rebate vs. the sales price up front is because they won't honor the rebate and you still end up paying the full price. Good luck all!
