Dishonest, No customer service

I purchased a bed collection and also the salesman provided free shipping along with a free group of side rails. They stated the collection could be shipped 24 hours later. It was on the Wednesday. Thursday arrived with no beds. Friday they'd excuse after justification. Friday, Saturday, Wednesday, Mon... No beds. I called and reported. Lastly Wednesday of the following week thet introduced me my collection, but did not provide the rails. The shipping man claimed he'd return to the shop and provide the rails back again to me on his way house. One hour later he calls and stated he could not provide me the rails when I needed them I'd need to come pick them up myself. I named the shop and informed them this was unnaccpetable. He began shouting at me stating he was going for in my experience free why was I worrying. I told him he provided them, used to donot request them. Plus, it willnot matter when the rails were free since their customer support drew. Their last terms were the rails could be at my home tomorrow. We will notice.
