Bought 3 furniture pieces in December including a couch.in early January the couch turned caught within the reclined position. Marlo delivered a guy out the following week who stated an item must be requested. He requested the item right before me and stated it'd be shipped in 6 months to my house and he'd emerge and do the installation. After 7 months I named the shop and was informed the person didn't obtain the couchis serial number. No body named to inform me they required the amount. I gave them the amount and was informed it'd be another 6 months. After 7 months I again named with no you can determine where the component is. Customer support repeatedly claims they'll study it and contact me back but no body ACTUALLY calls back. After I request a supervisor I'm informed you will find no supervisors on-duty. It's been 4 weeks because the seat smashed.
