The furniture was shipped 2 weeks late. One piece never confirmed so we'd to pay for more for another item. We'd a home heating without our furniture. The client support woman was exceedingly rude. The woman who responded my calls offered me no fulfillment so when I requested to get a supervisor, she stated she was the supervisor.
