I bought a leather/microfiber suede sectional from Jerome's Furnishings in San Marcos about 1.5 years back. The salesperson likewise convinced me of buying the 5-year Guardsman Guarantee. Lately, I realized that two of the areas are tearing at the very top joints (the pillows are connected). I approached Guardsmanis (that will be on the East Coast). I submitted a "state".
