Bad Business Practices

I requested some furniture out of this company on 6/05 (Cash was on Lay-aside) I had been educated it'd consider 15 business days. I positioned many calls to discover where my furniture was. They didn't purchase the furniture till 6/12. Meaning furniture could be shipped on 7/03.30 DAYS LATER. They stated "sorry"... I would like to place a hurry onto it. I told them-not to bother... I had been REALLY disappointed in the method I had been being handled... It was really poor customer support. They stated "We're not available of customer support... We're available of creating money". I mentioned it was improper. She (the dog owner) stated she'd to obtain "Authorization" from her supervisor. I stated what're you referring to? She subsequently wrote along the telephone number to her lawyer. I mentioned used to do not need to talk to her lawyer... I needed my cash back. I had been really relaxed & cool (my boy was there). She named law enforcement to possess me eliminated. I advised her I no longer desired the furniture... She stated she was placing a hurry also it would be shipped anyway.

Based On them... No return. I advised them they might maintain the credit ($191.21) and return the price of the furniture. However they said NO. Based on them... They're to only types permitted to split a deal. Today... I'd like my $2000.00 back... Entirely.

I went there again to determine if this is often resolved... She advised me that she would law enforcement to document a restraining order. NOTICE: used to do not do something to guarantee this. I expected to get a reimbursement... They declined.
