Do not shop at family furniture of nyc! - Futon, Futon Frame, Coffee Table

I purchased a Coffee Table, Futon Frame, and premium Futon on March 28th. Delivery was to be first thing on the morning of Tuesday, April 3rd. The delivery finally arrived around 8pm, minus the Futon. Their employee assembled the Futon Frame. The Futon Frame was broken in multiple places. They were informed of this on Wednesday morning, April 4th They have never delivered the Futon. They have been sent pictures They have referred me to their supplier (J&M) to fix the problem. I do not want this junk in my living room. So far there have been thirty hours invested in getting my money back
UPDATE: I spent a saturday afternoon handing out flyers to ever prospective customer of their store. They called the cops 3 times & the cops just laughed at them and told them to pay up... It's a public sidewalk. I finally got my money back!
